Carl Pillo
A native of Batavia , Mr. Pillo is the quality assurance director at Advanced Imaging. He specializes in DEXA and Fluroscopy examinations at Advanced Imaging. Mr. Pillo comes from over 44 years of experience as chief radiologist from Batavia ’s St. Jerome Hospital where he was the only supervisor to ever earn the triple crown of assurance from New York State .


Pam Mulcahy
A graduate of Ultrasound from Trocaire College , and Monroe Community College ’s X-Ray School , Ms. Mulcahy serves as a technologist now for Advanced Imaging. She served St. Jerome ’s Hospital for over 16 years prior to joining the practice where she now specializes in Ultrasound, Diagnostic X-ray, Mammography, Mammotome Breast Biopsies, and DEXA..

Sarah Higgins
Once an Upstate New York resident, Sarah Higgins graduated from Upstate Medical College in Syracuse with an associate degree in Diagnostic X-Ray, earned her certification for Ultrasound at RIT and began her career at Lakeside Memorial Hospital , and Rochester General. Ms. Higgins now serves as an Ultrasound and X-Ray technologist at Advanced Imaging Associates with specialty in Mammography and Mammotome Breast Biopsy.

Roy Reitz
A graduate of Trocaire College with thirteen years clinical experience in both hospital and out patient settings. Eleven years in C.A.T. scan, for which Mr.Reitz has advanced registration, and two years performing Bone Densitometry with a DEXA scanner.

Lois J. McIntosh
A one time resident of the Southern Tier, she earned her degree in X-Ray at St. James School of Radiology in Hornell, NY. Recently she worked for Niagara Radiology in their mobile MR unit, but now brings over 20 years of experience to Advanced Imaging as their MRI technologist.

Kris Anne Ahearn
Once a resident of Steuben County , Ms. Ahearn earned her degree in X-ray at St. James School of Radiology in Hornell NY . In addition to Lakeside Memorial Hospital in Brockport NY , she now serves on per diem basis at Advanced Imaging. Ms. Ahearn specializes in the areas of Mammography and Diagnostic X-Ray.

Sue DelaVergne
A resident of Wyoming County , Ms. DelaVergne began her education at Wyoming County Community Hospital in their X-Ray Certification program and later transferred to Rochester ’s Genesee Hospital for its completion. She brings 13 years of experience from Wyoming County Community Hospital to Advanced Imaging. Ms. DelaVergne now specializes in Diagnostic X-Ray, C.A.T., Mammography, and DEXA at Advanced Imaging.

John Day
A Wyoming County resident, John Day brings years of experience to Advanced Imaging with his background in diagnostic X-ray and assisting in angiogram procedures. John graduated from the Bradford School of X-Ray in Pennsylvania and has been a technologist for Millard Fillmore Hospital, Wyoming County Community Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital. In addition to his interest in x-ray, John is also a 1981 graduate of Penn State with New York State Certification in teaching.
